In the case of companies
Customer - a company that purchased goods or services in our company, to which a document in the form of a VAT invoice was issued, indicating the company name, tax identification number, etc., is not subject to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, No. 2014, item 827 as amended) and there is no right to return.
We sell goods only to companies, in pallet quantities. The customer - the company, purchasing entire pallets, has no right to withdraw from the contract and file a complaint.
When picking up a product pallet from a courier, check its condition in the presence of the courier. If the pallet looks damaged, a damage report should be prepared at the courier.
